From pen to paint:
For my final project, I'm currently planning on creating a series of painting based on doodles I've done in classes. For me, these doodles are sort of automatic drawing. They're not something I'm totally conscious of, the just flow. Often they turn into elaborate scenes that take over my notes and are accompanied by bits of writing. They're not something I have ever been worried about messing up on or displaying to people, so they're more experimental and honest than I believe I normally draw.
